series, carried out in a knockout system, Germany’s two-time Olympic champion boasts as
many as six victories in the overall rankings. Only in the 2004-05 season Otto had to bow to
Ukraine’s Natalia Yakushenko. However, the number of Otto’s individual victories is even
more impressive: of the so far 28 events she won no less than 18.
Two-time Olympic champion Armin Zoeggeler (Italy) heads the men’s ranking with two
overall victories. David Moeller of Germany boasts the highest number of individual victories
(six), followed by Armin Zoeggeler with five and Georg Hackl (Germany) with four.
In the doubles, US Americans Mark Grimmette/Brian Martin as well as the Olympic silver
medallists André Florschuetz/Torsten Wustlich (Germany) gained two overall victories. With
eight individual wins Florschuetz/Wustlich head the rankings ahead of their teammates
Skel/Woeller (five).
