Oberhof (pps). Germany´s Sylke Otto won the finals of Viessmann Luge World Cup on the luge track in Oberhof (Germany). The four times World Champion in a total time of one minute 22,519 seconds was on first rank followed by her teammate and three times European Champion Silke Kraushaar (one minute 22,568 seconds) and Natalia Yakushenko (one minute 22,936 seconds) from Ukraine.
In the second run of the World Cup finals Silke Kraushaar with 41,206 seconds fetched back her track record, that was taken by Olympic Champion Sylke Otto in Challenge Cup on Friday and even improved in first run of World Cup.
With her second rank in Oberhof, Silke Kraushaar (710 points) got her fouth title in overall ranking of Viessmann Luge World Cup. Second rank in overall ranking went to two-times European Champion Sylke Otto (625), rank three went to Vice European Champion Tatjana Hüfner (496), who was eighth in Oberhof.
