Tatjana Hüfner returns to home club RC Blankenburg

Blankenburg (RWH) 2010 Olympic Champion and four-time World Champion Tatjana Hüfner is set to revisit her roots as she returns to competition for her home club RC Blankenburg this winter. Her mother Karin is chair of the association in the Harz mountains.
The five-time winner of the overall classification in the Viessmann World Cup took up luge in Blankenburg in 1992, began competing for WSC Erzgebirge Oberwiesenthal in 1997, followed by BRC Friedrichroda from 2011 onwards. The 33-year-old veteran is now preparing to return to her home club.
