Quotes
Tatyana Ivanova (RUS / three-time European Champion)
“I lost a lot of points last time out in Lake Placid. It’s my bogey track. I wanted to redeem myself here in Whistler. I was aiming to be as fast on my second run as on the first. And I did it.”
Anna Berreiter (ENG / Junior European Champion in team relay 2019)
“I knew how well training had gone. Everything just went smoothly and I felt very comfortable on the track. But never in my wildest dreams did I think I’d make it onto the podium. I was pretty nervous, but that might have been because I realised I was in a great position. I just wanted to start sliding and have some fun.”
