Tickets for 2024 Luge World Championships in Altenberg now on sale

Altenberg (FIL/03 April 2023) Just under 300 days before the 52nd Luge World Championships in the SachsenEnergie-Eiskanal Altenberg (GER), admission tickets are now on sale. Tickets will be available for the training days and World Championship races, which will take place from January 22 to 28, 2024.

Luge fans can choose between different ticket categories. The three-day ticket, which includes all World Championship race days, costs 40.00 Euros (reduced rate 25.00 Euros). One-day tickets for the World Cup races on January 26, 27 and 28, 2028 cost 15,00 Euro (reduced 10,00 Euro).

Fan tickets - with a minimum purchase of ten tickets - are available for €10.00 per person. On training days from January 22 to 25, 2024, admission is 8.00 Euros. Children under the age of 12 are admitted free when accompanied by an adult.

Advance tickets are valid as public transportation tickets

In cooperation with the Verkehrsverbund Oberelbe (VVO) and the Regionalverkehr Sächsische Schweiz-Osterzgebirge (RVSOE), all tickets purchased in advance are also valid as tickets for the Luge World Championships 2024 on all means of public transport in the entire VVO area on the day of the event (except special means of transport).

The exclusive VIP package includes, among other things, access to the VIP area with a panoramic view of the finish area, regional buffet catering, free choice of drinks and live broadcasting of the races on large flat screens. In addition, you get a VIP parking space at the main entrance (one VIP parking space for every two VIP tickets booked), there is a shuttle service to the VIP area and exclusive guided tours of the event site.
