Winner Taubitz also acknowledged the great performances: "I knew that when Natalie and Dajana came back they would not drive around the back of the field. Olympic champion Geisenberger spoke of a really high quality race: "In any case, I know that I'm back, I know that we are also internationally at the front again. Eitberger, who had hoped after her third place in the Nations Cup that she would improve on her position, was nevertheless pleased: "I had so much fun at the race today, I am especially happy about third place in the World Cup.

Although Natalie Geisenberger is satisfied with second place on her return, the athlete from Bavaria immediately sent a challenge to winner Taubitz: "I like sliding on the track in Altenberg. You have to fight more, I'm looking forward to it. I believe that we are a very, very good German women's team and we don't give each other anything. In Altenberg we will fight again and hopefully we will have a very close and exciting race again".
