Innsbruck (pps). The Nations Cup as a foundation for the Viessmann Luge World Cup will be upgraded again in the upcoming season. In the 2007/2008 season, overall standings will be kept for the first time in women’s and men’s singles as well as in doubles, with the same points system as in the Viessmann World Cup. This was decided by the Executive Board of the International Luge Federation (FIL) at its recent meeting held in Innsbruck.
