Jan Eichhorn to win an exceptional race
Oberhof (pps) Germany’s Jan Eichhorn won an exceptional Viessmann Luge World Cup at Oberhof (GER). Just on 15th place after the first run the Bronze Medalist of the Worlds 2007 realized the best time in second run and won his seconds Viessmann World Cup after 2006 on the same track. Second Place went to Eichhorn’s team-mate and World Champion Felix Loch (0,035 seconds back) followed by David Möller (0,117 seconds back).
In the overall standings of the Viessmann Luge World Cup Italy’s Armin Zöggeler is still in the lead with 501 points. On second place comes Möller (455 Points) followed by Eichhorn (375).
Bengt Walden from USA come in on 9th place, Canada’s Jeff Christie finished on 13th place.
