Altenberg (pps) Germany’s two-time World Champion Felix Loch celebrated his first victory in Viessmann Luge World Cup. The 20 year old Bavarian won in a total time of one minute 48.911 seconds followed by two-time Olympic Champion Armin Zöggeler from Italy, who was .058 seconds back. Third place went to Russia’s Albert Demtschenko (.138 back).
Canada’s Sam Edney performed once more very well and finished on eighth place, just .512 seconds back. Tony Benshoof from U.S.A. came in on tenth place.
