Natalie Geisenberger celebrates her 4th Success

Innsbruck-Igls (pps) Germany’s Natalie Geisenberger celebrated at Innsbruck-Igls her 4th success in Viessmann Luge World cup. It was the 92nd Victory in a row for Germany in women’s Viessmann World cup.

The Silver Medalist of the World Championships 2009 at Lake Placid (U.S.A.) set a new track record in the first run and won in a total time of one minute 19.229 seconds. Her team-mate Tatjana Huefner, who won already two Gold Medals at the Worlds, finished on second place followed by Anke Wischnewski. Fourth place went to Canada’s Alex Gough. Erin Hamlin, who won Gold 2009 at the World at lake Placid, finished on ninth place.
