Innsbruck (pps) Two Italians were in front of the Viessmann Luge World Cup at Innsbruck-Igls. The two-time Olympic Champion Armin Zöggeler won in a total time of one minute 37,988 seconds followed by his team-mate Wilfried Huber (.097 seconds back). Third place went to Russia’s Viktor Kneib (+ .103).
Zöggeler celebrated his 47th victory in Viessmann World cup. And Wilfried Huber made a big step towards the Olympic Winter Games 2010 at Vancouver. It would be his 7th participation. This is unique all over the world. For Kneib it was the best result of his carrier.
