Sochi (RWH) Viktoriia Demchenko, Semen Pavlichenko and Aleksandr Denisev-Vladislav Antonov are the new Champions of Russia. On the Olympic track of the 2014 Winter Games in Sochi Semen Pavlichenko, the current overall winner of the Viessmann Luge World Cup, captured the men’s title in front of Roman Repilov and Aleksandr Gorbatcevich.

Viktoriia Demchenko, who won the last race of the BWM Sprint World Cup at the same location last month, secured the title in the women’s competetion. Tied second place went to Ekaterina Baturina and Ekaterina Katnikova. Race winners in doubles were Aleksandr Denisev-Vladislav Antonov. A few weeks before on the same track, the pair collected their first gold in the Viessmann World Cup.
