Calgary (pps) World Champion Tatjana Hüfner celebrated her 5th victory in Viessmann Luge World cup at Calgary and realized Germany’s 75th win in a row. At Calgary, host town of the Olympic Winter Games 1988, Tatjana Hüfner won in a total time of one minute 33,910 seconds followed by her team-mates Silke Kraushaar-Pielach (0,018 seconds back) and Natalie Geisenberger (0,119 back). It was the second clean sweep of the new winter for Germany.
Fourth place went Anke Wischnewski (0,691 back) from Germany followed by Austria’s Veronika Halder (0,818 back) and Erin Hamlin (0,952 back) from USA. Canadas Regan lauscher finished on 9th place ((1,244 back).
