The top 5 at the price giving ceremony
Matthias Lambacher: “It was a really close race in the end, we pretty much messed up the last sector. We entered the last hairpin bend too quickly and this pushed us on the outside at the exit - and that costs time. We can’t make this mistake again in the Eliminator on Saturday.”
In the overall ranking, Lambacher/Lambacher are the undisputed leader with 300 points, followed by Pichler/Edlinger (240) and Peter Neupauer/Dominik Neupauer (SVK/185).
On Saturday the eliminator of the doubles is scheduled on the 2021 World Cup track at 1 p.m., followed by the women's singles and men's singles from 3 p.m. The singles eliminator is on the program on Sunday from 10 a.m.
All races will be broadcast live on the homepage of the International Luge Federation FIL.
