The FIL Sport Integrity Unit (FIL SIU) is committed to protecting all athletes and participants across the FIL to ensure they have a safe space for proactive reporting, providing them with a confidential and barrier free system to report any safe sport or sport integrity concerns, suspicions, or complaints they have witnessed or been a victim of.

WHO CAN REPORT?

ANY person who has either witnessed, been a victim of, or has information about any type of safe sport maltreatment, including all forms of abuse, neglect, and negligence as outlined in the FIL Safe Sport Code of Conduct policy, FIL Code of Ethics, or FIL Statutes.

ANNONOMOUS VS KNOWN IDENTITY?
Reporting of any Safe Sport or Sport Integrity concern or complaint may be made anonymously. Anonymity means that the FIL Sport Integrity Unit receiving the complaint, will not know the personal identifying information of the complainant.

IMPORTANT NOTE Regarding Anonymous Submissions: Reports can be submitted anonymously. However, providing your name and contact information will allow the FIL SIU to investigate your complaint as effectively as possible so we do encourage you to leave such details. If you would like to remain anonymous, please do not submit any personal information, e.g., your name or relationship with those involved. Also, please do not submit any information that can be traced back to you.

WHAT CAN YOU REPORT?

ALL Safe Sport concerns or incidents involving Maltreatment, including all forms of Abuse, Harassment, Neglect as provided for in the:

   - FIL Safe Sport Policy and Code of Conduct and/or

   - FIL Code of Ethics and/or

   - FIL Statutes

WHEN CAN YOU REPORT?

A person can submit a Safe Sport Integrity Incident Report anytime, 24/7, 365 days a year online through the FIL Safe Sport Integrity Reporting line. Your report submission will be acknowledged, triaged, and case managed directly and securely by the FIL Sport Integrity Manager.

CONFIDENTIALITY: A person’s information will NOT be disclosed  beyond the FIL Sport Integrity Manager and those responsible for investigating your report unless you provide explicit consent for it to be disclosed to someone else. The FIL data protection policy is also adhered to.

SAFE SPORT REPORTING AT FIL SANCTIONED EVENTS?

Safe Sport Integrity Reporting placards will be posted at locations across the track venue at all FIL sanctioned events.
